My boyfriend and I had been planning a vacation for a long time, but kept on postponing the idea because we could never work out the time for one. Finally we managed to get away from work for a measly three days for the Columbus Day weekend. But we really couldn’t think of anything interesting to do with just three days. We surfed the net to find something interesting to do and we came across some cruise travel casinos and the idea seemed perfect. It was the perfect combination of a sea adventure and some gambling casinos action too and since my boyfriend and I love to gamble (normally at an online casino) we were extremely excited.

We made all the necessary enquiries and were happy with the package and so we booked ourselves two tickets and we were off. When we got to the docks we were so happy to see the cruise ship waiting there. There was so much excitement and we could hear music and dancing already. This was my first cruise ever so I was really getting goose bumps when we arrived.

When we boarded the cruise and we were escorted by some very friendly staff to our room. The rooms were really quaint and after we placed our luggage in the room we were informed that all passengers were expected on the deck for the flagging off of the cruise.

The deck was bustling with activity and looked so lively. There was a live band already playing and people were dancing on the dance floor. After the Captain came on the deck and announced that the cruise was about to begin we set off into the blue sea.

Alex and I wanted to do a little exploring and decided to take a look at all we could do while we were on board the cruise. We were really amazed by all the things we could do on a cruise like this. The options were endless. There was a spectacular gym that had a wonderful view of the sea. For anyone who wanted to make sure that they didn’t gain any weight on their vacation, this was certainly the place to burn the calories. The on deck pool was the best of all and the view was unlike anything you have ever experienced. We also found a wonderful entertainment area and we were also given a program schedule by the staff so we wouldn’t miss out on any of the shows.

But on our first night on the cruise we wanted to get wasted and dance the night away so we head to the snazzy discotheque. The DJ was insane and I don’t think I have danced this hard in my life. The best part I think was that there were so many people all pumped up with energy and excited to be on a great vacation.

The next day we were all set to hit the gambling floors! And my God were we amazed to see the famous casino! It had everything, and I mean everything that you can find at any land based casino. There were lines of slot machines, blackjack tables, poker tables, baccarat tables, craps tables, you name it! The casino gaming experience on a cruise ship is truly one of a kind. We head straight for the blackjack tables because blackjack is one our most favorite casino games. The excitement was really high and I wasn’t concentrating in the beginning. But as I settled into the game I managed to make quite a good amount of money.

After a good number of blackjack games we thought we might give the craps table a try. There was so much of energy at the craps table and people were having a glorious time playing the game. I’m not much of a craps player but it looked like so much of fun that I couldn’t resist. I stayed in the game just for a little bit because I wanted to head to my next most favorite game which is roulette. Only American roulette was available, but I didn’t mind. It seemed like we were really lucky on this trip because we managed to win quite a bit of money with the list of casino games. And what do you do when you win money? You go shopping! The cruise had a wonderful mini mall with some great buys and I couldn’t wait to get myself a nice evening gown.

Our casino cruise trip was really enjoyable. It was the best trip I have ever had. You get to do so much on a single cruise ship and you can have fun on land when the cruise makes a stopover too. What we enjoyed the most was going on the sail boat that the cruise offers and taking a swim in the sea!

The best thing about a cruise casino is that you get to have all the fun of a cruise ship and a casino all in one and if you are lucky at the casino you can make enough money to get yourself some great gifts. Oh I forgot to mention, I always take my laptop with me on my holidays to check my emails and to play online casino games while in bed. It is a great way to relax.
